Relationship Marketing

CRM-Forum

http://www.crm-forum.com/

The CRM Forum describes itself as an "independent resource centre for customer relationship management". It aims to provide CRM professionals with access to news about the latest developments in CRM and also offers an electronic discussion area where they can exchange ideas and information. You have to register as a member to access the site’s resources, but there is no charge for this.

A range of information is available on the site. The News section offers daily updated news stories on CRM, covering topics such as new products and services, corporate orders, and mergers and acquisitions. There is also a diary of CRM events.

The Library offers a searchable database of articles, case studies and presentations on a variety of CRM topics, covering both the business and IT aspects of CRM. However, users do have to pay for access to the documents.

The Careers section contains CRM job advertisements and also allows users to place their CV on the site. Other resources on the site include an online discussion forum, links to relevant websites, and a weekly e-mail newsletter.

The CRM Forum is a very useful site for those working or interested in CRM. Although users have to pay to access the Library documents, the rest of the information on the site is freely available. In particular, the news section and the discussion forum provide a useful opportunity to keep track of current events and trends in CRM.
